Duties of the Board of Directors
The Board of Directors lead and manage the World Future Council Foundation and decide on its matters. He provide a budget specifying the expected income and expenditure in good time before the beginning of each financial year. Within the statutory period of time after the end of each financial year, the Board of Directors draw up the annual financial statement including an overview of the assets and a report showing how the Foundation's objectives were achieved. The board of directors has commissioned independent tax advisor from the auditing company BDO with auditing the annual financial statements.
