Christopher Franzen, Consultant for administration, finance & organizational development.
Christopher Franzen studied economics, business and administration in Hamburg and in Vienna after having finished an apprenticeship with Deutsche Bank AG. He has worked with two privately owned investment banks in Hamburg, Frankfurt and New York for six years. In 1994 he joined the family office of the Otto family in Hamburg and became Managing Director in 2003. He was responsible for international real estate and private equity investments. He left the family office in 2007 to start his own real estate investments and worked as a “business angel” in some start ups. Since 1996 he is also Managing Director of the media holding company of Frank Otto. In April 2007 he joined the WFC as a consultant for administration, finance and organizational development. He is married to a teacher for deaf-mute children and has three children.
